Katy’s dispatch to World Journal (世界日報) reporting the frenzy activities in the greater Pittsburgh area preparing to send off the Steelers to Dallas to clench the 7th Super Bowl Lombardi on February 6.  The Steelers Super Bowl Pep Rally was held at Heinz Field this afternoon.

Some Chinese Americans in the greater Pittsburgh area have planned to travel to Dallas and many are organizing the Super Bowl party.  The Chinese Restaurants Association Lunar New Year party will be held at the Three Rivers Casino (adjacent to the Heinz Field) the same evening. All will cheer while indulging in the scrumptious dishes, hoping to celebrate the New Year and the Steelers victory.

All things Steelers and the AFC Champion attires were out in the stores overnight, just in time for the Steelers fans to swarm in.  All the travel agents are working overtime; all heading for Texas.  The airlines have increased the flights between Pittsburgh and Dallas.  A private jet offers a same-day round trip, including a limousine service from the airport to Cowboys Stadium; all will be at your disposal and service if you can spare $10,000.

The hotels at Dallas have hiked up the prices starting at $400, all the way up to several thousand dollars a night.  It is reported that the cheapest ticket price is $2,600 and may be as expensive as $5,696.  If one is not well-to-do, one may need to use several credit cards to cover a ticket price.
