We have gradually added a few gorgeous flowers to the Station Square; I’ll simply mention their names at this time and give them more poetic introduction that they deserve if I find time and inspiration. You can see some Bok Choy (小白菜) are still left in the Square, waiting to reap the seed.
Only the elite flowers can earn a place in the Square. They understand the underperformers will be removed; so far so good; none has been let go. It is probably the “peer pressure” that makes them so competitive, striving to grow the most beautifully as they can. I cannot boast 百花爭艷 (hundred blooming flowers compete for attraction), our goal is 十花爭艷 (ten blooming flowers compete for attraction).

The new additions are: Salvia (2 different kinds; one is Salvia farinacea), Gomphrena, Dianthus, and one whose is name is unknown to us so far. Petunia and Celosia have been a resident there.
