Katy's reports to the World Journal
On May 15 Katy went to attend (I went along as the chauffeur) the Buddha Day ceremony by Tzu Chi Foundation (慈濟基金會) at Pittsburgh, then went to the 53rd International Pittsburgh Folk Festival (匹茲堡民俗節) at the new Monroeville Convention Center.
