It is harvest time for Bok Choy, 小白菜

With the luxury of plant fluorescent light our bok choy (小白菜) grew up in a hurry, ready to venture out to the garden.  But, days of free of frost danger are still 5 or 6 weeks away.  So they end up in our dinner table with the delicious 小白菜 To-Fu Miso soup.

The only problem is that we cannot claim it is from our garden as they never got the chance to go to the garden.
