How to keep your serene composure

Every so often you’ll find memorable photos that come with fine writing in my cousin’s (陳英毅) photo albums.  I’ll steal (with translation) to grace the pages of my blog; they’ll be labeled as “image”.

Since I entered the monastery my master reminded me again and again that I have to maintain my serene composure regardless what situation I am in.  Never a moment did I forget the practice.  In the group meditation session today; little did I know that this little guy was having fun roaming all over my shaving head and face.  Oh my God! I cannot take it anymore . . .
